This is what we will be making

To complete this tutorial you'll need the following supplies
Ulead Art Texture

The image you choose to use for this tutorial should be squarish,
with a central focus and around 550px
OK - lets get started
1. Open your image, press shift D to duplicate, then
close your original.
2. Open my Debz_BL2 and Debz_BL2-Corner. Minimize
the corner, then copy Debz_BL2 and paste as a new layer onto your image.
Close the Debz_BL2 image we won't be needing it again.
3. Using your magic wand, click once outside Debz_BL2,
then go to selections>modify>expand and type in 10. Do not deselect
4. Add a raster layer and drag it under your Debz_BL2
layer, then floodfill white and apply Ulead Art Texture using my preset
(If you do not already have this set as a preset, click
here for my mini tut - page
will open in a new window). Do not deselect
5. Go to Effects>Texture effects>blinds and apply the
following settings. Repeat blinds with the horizontal box unchecked.
Deselect

6. Go to your layer palette and lower the opacity of
your layer to 60
7. Select all, go to selections>modify>contract, type in
10 then crop to selection - if any of your image disappears, you're
working on the wrong layer!
8. Select all, go to selections>modify>contract and type
in 20. Invert your selection, add a raster layer then flood fill white.
Apply Ulead Art Texture. Do not deselect
9. Apply the following inner bevel. Do not deselect

10. Invert your selection, add a raster layer, then
apply the following cutout. Do not deselect

11. Invert your selection, then go to
selections>modify>contract and type in 5. Hit delete, then deselect
12. Bring up my Debz_BL2-Corner, copy it, then paste it
into your image. Using your move tool, place it into the top left side
of your frame.
13. Apply the following 2 drop shadows in sequence


14. Duplicate your corner layer, then mirror it,
duplicate your mirrored layer, then flip - keep going till you have
corners in all 4 corners
15. Make sure your Debz_BL2 is your TOP layer, activate
the layer then apply the following drop shadow

16. Save as .jpg. To save your frame for other
projects, go to your layer palette and delete your image layer.
Merge visible and export as a picture frame.
