Copper Shimmer Frame

You will need BladePro to do this tutorial.

The supplies you'll need are here

The eBook is here.

Lets get started

1. Open your image (the one I used is in the zip file provided), I used FmTile Tools Blend Emboss with the default settings.

2. Add a symmetrical border of 10, click with magic wand and add the D_Coppershimmer BladePro preset.

3. While still selected, invert and add a cutout using the following settings

4. Repeat the cutout using minus values on the horizontal and vertical. Deselect.

5. Add a symmetrical border of 20, click with magic wand, then flood fill with your gold mesh tile.

6. Add an inner bevel using these settings

7. Invert, and add a drop shadow using the following settings

8. Repeat drop shadow using horizontal and vertical minus values. Deselect.

9. Now add another symmetrical border this time 25, add BladePro and an inner bevel using the same settings as we used before. Deselect.

10. Add a new raster layer. Go to your text tool and click on part of your image. I used Corners1 font, capital I, and the size was 100. Repeat the BladePro, inner bevel and drop shadow (only positive values this time though).

11. Move your corner embellishment to the top left part of your frame - position it where you think it looks best. Deselect.

12. Now duplicate your corner, then mirror, duplicate again and flip, duplicate again and mirror.

13. Deselect and we're all done!

I hope you enjoyed this tut as much as I did writing it :)
