OK - lets get on with it :)
1. Open your image, press shift D to duplicate and close your original
2. Choose 2 colours from your graphic - one light and one dark, I used #917C79 as my light colour (foreground) and #433836 as my dark colour (background). Select your gradient palette, and apply #1 Foreground-Background with the following settings
3. Add a symmetrical border of 4, click with magic wand using the settings below and then flood fill with the gradient we just created. Do not deselect
4. Add an inner bevel using the following settings. Do not deselect
5. Invert your selection and add a cutout using the following settings. Deselect
6. Add another symmetrical border of 4, click with magic wand, flood fill with gradient, add the same inner bevel we did before. With your border still selected go to image>mirror. Deselect
7. Add another symmetrical border of 4, click with magic wand, flood fill with gradient, add the same inner bevel we did before. Deselect.
8. Add a symmetrical border of 40. Click with magic wand and flood fill with your gradient. Do not deselect
9. Go to effects>texture effects>blinds and apply the following settings. Do not deselect
10. Invert your selection and add the following drop shadow. Deselect
11. Add a symmetrical border of 4, click with magic wand using the settings we used before and then flood fill with your gradient. Do not deselect
12. Add an inner bevel using the same settings we used before. Do not deselect
13. Invert your selection and add a cutout using the following settings. Deselect
14. Add another symmetrical border of 4, click with magic wand, flood fill with gradient, add the same inner bevel we did before. With your border still selected go to image>mirror. Deselect
15. Add another symmetrical border of 4, click with magic wand, flood fill with gradient, add the same inner bevel we did before. Deselect.
16. Add a raster layer, choose your text tool. Before you click on your image click your gradient down to your background, select null for your foreground, and make sure that the settings below are showing in your text palette. Click somewhere on your graphic and apply your corner. Your corner will now be selected
17. We are now going to add 2 separate drop shadows to your corner, the settings are below. Deselect
18. Duplicate your corner layer, then mirror and flip so that your corners are at opposite sides
19. Merge all (flatten) and we're all done!
