OK - lets get started :)

1. Open your image, press shift D to duplicate and close your original

2. Choose 2 colours from your graphic - a light colour for your foreground and a darker colour as your background. I used #BC3AC0 as my light colour and #4E6A5E as my dark colour.

3. Click on your colour palette and select gradient - apply a gradient to your foreground colour with the following settings

4. Add a symmetrical border of 4, click with your magic wand and flood fill with your light colour. Invert your selection and add the following cutout. Deselect

5. Add another symmetrical border of 4, click with your magic wand and flood fill with your gradient. Apply pool shadow with the default settings. Deselect

6. Add another symmetrical border of 4, click with your magic wand and flood fill with your light colour. Deselect, then select all, selections>modify and contract by 12. Invert and add the following inner bevel. Do not deselect

7. Go to image>sharpen>unsharp mask and apply the following settings - sometimes, depending on the graphic you can unsharp twice to bring out the brilliance of your frame. Deselect

8. Add a symmetrical border of 40, click with your magic wand and flood fill with your dark colour. Apply FM paint engine with the settings below. Sharpen. Do not deselect

9. Add a new raster layer, flood fill with your gradient, then change the opacity of the gradient layer to 50. Merge visible, but do not deselect.

10. Add a new raster layer, and flood fill with your gradient. Do not deselect

11. Go to masks>load from disc and select your mask. Load with the following settings. Deselect

12. Selections>from mask. Delete your mask layer and answer yes to merging

13. If you choose you can add a pool shadow to your mask layer. Apply the following inner bevel to your mask. Do not deselect

14. Apply the following drop shadow to your mask. Repeat with minus values. Merge visible. Deselect

15. Go to selections>select all, then selections>modify and type in 40. Add the following drop shadow

16. Add a symmetrical border of 4, click with your magic wand and flood fill with your light colour. Invert your selection and add the following cutout. Deselect

Invert and add the same inner bevel we used before and the same unsharp mask. Deselect and we're all done!
