OK, lets get started!
1. Open your image, press shift D to duplicate and close your original. Next we need to find 2 colours from your image - a light one for your foreground, I used #945A35 - and a dark colour for your background, I used #440B00. We are going to use these colours later to set up a gradient
2. Add a symmetrical border of 2 - colour doesn't matter, just not one from your graphic. Click your border with your magic wand and flood fill with your light colour. Deselect
3. Add a symmetrical border of 2. Click your border with your magic wand and flood fill with your dark colour. Deselect
4. Add another symmetrical border of 2. Click your border with your magic wand and flood fill with your light colour. Deselect
5. Select all, then select>modify>contract and type in 6. Apply the following cutout, then repeat with minus values. Do not deselect
6. Invert your selection and apply the following inner bevel. Deselect
7. Add a symmetrical border of 25. Click your colour palette and apply the gradient to your foreground colour with the following settings. Flood fill your selection with the gradient
8. Go to effects>artistic effects>topography and apply the following settings. Do not deselect
9. Invert your selection and apply the following drop shadow. Repeat with minus values. Deselect
10. Add a symmetrical border of 2. Click your border with your magic wand and flood fill with your dark colour. Deselect
11. Add a symmetrical border of 2. Click your border with your magic wand and flood fill with your light colour. Deselect
12. Add another symmetrical border of 2. Click your border with your magic wand and flood fill with your dark colour. Deselect
13. Select all, then select>modify>contract and type in 6. Apply the same cutout we did before, then repeat with minus values. Do not deselect
14. Invert your selection and apply the same inner bevel we used before. Deselect
15. Add a symmetrical border of 25. Flood will with the gradient we used before, this time we are going to mirror the border, so go to image>mirror and apply
16. Go to effects>artistic effects>topography and apply the same settings we did before. Do not deselect
17. Invert your selection and apply the same drop shadow we did before. Repeat with minus values. Deselect
18. Add a symmetrical border of 2. Click your border with your magic wand and flood fill with your light colour. Deselect
19. Add a symmetrical border of 2. Click your border with your magic wand and flood fill with your dark colour. Deselect
20. Add another symmetrical border of 2. Click your border with your magic wand and flood fill with your light colour. Deselect
21. Select all, then select>modify>contract and type in 6. Apply the same cutout we did before, then repeat with minus values. Do not deselect
22. Invert your selection and apply the same inner bevel we used before. Deselect and we're all done :)
