OK - let's get started

1. Open your image, press shift D twice to duplicate twice, close your original. Minimize one of your copies and on the other, resize by 50% and apply the following seamless tile settings. Minimize this copy and bring up your other copy

2. Add a white symmetrical border of 3, click with your magic wand and apply your copper shimmer BP Preset. Invert your selection and apply the following cutout - or my main pic preset. Deselect

3. Add a symmetrical white border of 12, click with your magic wand and apply your copper shimmer BP preset. Invert your selection and apply the following cutout. Repeat with minus values and deselect

4. Add a white symmetrical border of 3, click with your magic wand and apply your copper shimmer BP Preset. Invert your selection and apply the following drop shadow. Repeat with minus values. Deselect

5. Add a symmetrical white border of 23. Click with your magic wand and flood fill with the seamless tile we minimized. Do not deselect

6. Go to Effects>Art Media Effects>Brush Strokes and apply the following settings. Do not deselect

7. Invert your selection and apply the following drop shadow - or my subtle preset. Repeat with minus values and deselect

8. Add a white symmetrical border of 3, click with your magic wand and apply your copper shimmer BP Preset. Invert your selection and apply my the following cutout - or my subtle preset. Repeat with minus values. Deselect

9. Add a symmetrical white border of 12, click with your magic wand and apply your copper shimmer BP preset. Invert your selection and apply the cutout we used in step 3. Repeat with minus values and deselect

10. Add a white symmetrical border of 3, click with your magic wand and apply your copper shimmer BP Preset. Invert your selection and apply the drop shadow we used in step 4. Repeat with minus values. Deselect

11. Add a new raster layer. Select your text tool with white as your background colour and null as your foreground colour, select the following settings for your text, then click somewhere on your graphic and then click apply

12. Apply your copper shimmer BP preset, and move your corner into position. Deselect and add the following drop shadows (we are adding 2) - or my HiLite and corner presets - in THAT order!

13. Duplicate and paste your corner till all corners are filled. Merge all (flatten)

That's it - we're done!!
