This is what we will be making

To complete this tut you will need:

Eye Candy 4000 - get it here

FM Paint Engine - get it here

Simple Filter - get it here

OK - let's get started!

1. Open your image, press shift D to duplicate and close your original

2. Add a symmetrical black border of 5, click with your magic wand, invert and apply the following cutout - or use my main pic preset. Deselect

3. Add another symmetrical border of 5 - white this time, click with your magic wand and flood fill with my gold tile. Deselect

4. Add a symmetrical black border of 5. Go to selections>modify and contract by 15. Invert your selection

5. Apply the following EC4000 swirl settings. Deselect

6. Add a symmetrical border of 30 - choose a colour from your graphic, I used #133738, click with your magic wand and apply Simple filters - Diamonds. Do not deselect

7. Apply FM Paint Engine with the following settings. Do not deselect

8. Invert your selection and apply my subtle drop shadow preset - repeat with minus values. Deselect

9. Add a symmetrical black border of 5, click with your magic wand, invert and apply the following cutout - or use my subtle preset. Deselect

10. Add another symmetrical border of 5 - white this time, click with your magic wand and flood fill with my gold tile. Deselect

11. Add a symmetrical black border of 5. Go to selections>modify and contract by 15. Invert your selection

12. Apply the same EC4000 swirl settings we did before. Deselect

That's it! We're all done!
