This is what we will be making

You will need the following to complete this tutorial

OK - let's get on with it

1. Open your graphic, press shift D to duplicate, then close your original

2. Add a raster layer, then flood fill with white

3. Apply my filigree mask using the following settings

4. Go to Selections>From mask, then delete your mask layer - answer yes when asked. Merge your mask group. Do not deselect

5. Apply the gold-shiny Super BladePro (SBP) preset then deselect

6. Apply the following drop shadow or my hilight preset, then repeat using minus values

7. Add a symmetrical white border of 5, click with your magic wand then apply SBP using the same preset we used before. Invert your selection then apply the following cutout or my main pic preset. Deselect

8. Add a symmetrical black border of 25, click with your magic wand and add a new raster layer, flood fill with my filigree template then merge all (flatten) but do not deselect

9. Apply the following cutout or my no bevel preset, repeat with minus values and deselect

10. Add a symmetrical white border of 5, click with your magic wand and apply the same SBP preset we used before. Deselect and we're all done
