**This frame is more suited to a lighter image ... dark images do not
show the emboss step very well **
OK - lets get started
1. Open your image, press shift D to duplicate twice,
close your original and minimize one of your copies. Resize your
copy down to around 200 and apply seamless tiling with default values,
minimize your tile and bring up your other copy to work on
2. Add a raster layer, flood fill with my silver tile,
then apply the Beryl0086 mask with the following settings

3. Merge your mask layer, then apply the following two
drop shadows in sequence


3. Add a symmetrical border of 8 (any colour), click
with your magic wand then flood fill with my silver tile, while still
selected apply the following buttonize (Effects>3D effects>Buttonize).
Deselect

4. Add a symmetrical border of 4 in a colour that
compliments your image
5. Add a symmetrical border of 8 (any colour), click
with your magic wand then flood fill with my silver tile, while still
selected apply buttonize with the same settings we used before. Deselect
6. Add a symmetrical border of 28 (any colour), click
with your magic wand then flood fill with the tile we made in step 1. Do
not deselect
7. Apply the following pixelate settings
(Effects>distortion effects>pixelate) 10 height, 10 width, symmetric
checked. Do not deselect
8. Apply FM Tile Tools, Blend Emboss with default
settings, then apply FM Tile Tools Wrinkle Emboss with the following
settings. Do not deselect

9. Apply the following cutout, then repeat with minus
values. Deselect

10. Add a symmetrical border of 8 (any colour), click
with your magic wand then flood fill with my silver tile, while still
selected apply the same buttonize as we did before. Deselect
11. Add a symmetrical border of 4 the same colour you
used before
12. Add a symmetrical border of 8 (any colour), click
with your magic wand then flood fill with my silver tile, while still
selected apply buttonize with the same settings we used before. Deselect
