To complete this tutorial you'll need the following supplies

OK - lets get started
1. Open your image, press shift D to duplicate - do this
twice, then
close your original and minimize one of your copies
2. Working on your other copy, resize your image down to
around 200px. Then apply Funhouse ZigZaggerate with default
settings (X & Y 60).
3. Apply seamless tiling with default settings.
Minimize this tile - we're going to use it on our frame. It also
makes a nice background, so make sure you save it
4. Working on your other image. Add a raster
layer, then flood fill with the tile we just made
5. Apply your !Line Frame~ mask with the following
settings, then go to selections and choose from mask

6. Go to your layer palette and merge your mask layer
group (your mask is STILL activated!)
7. Apply the following inner bevel to your mask layer

8. Apply the following drop shadow, then repeat with
minus values

9. Add a symmetrical border of 15 (any colour not in
your image), click with your magic wand to activate, then flood fill
with your background tile. Do not deselect
10. Apply the same inner bevel we used before, invert
your selection then apply the following cutout - repeat with minus
values. Deselect

11. Add a symmetrical border of 35, click with your
magic wand to activate, then flood fill with your background tile. Do
not deselect
12. Apply the same cutout we did before - repeat with
minus values, then deselect
13. Add a symmetrical border of 15, click with your
magic wand to activate, then flood fill with your background tile. Do
not deselect
14. Apply the same inner bevel we have been using and
we're all finished
